User Responsibilities

You retain the rights to the artwork or images you upload to our platform. However, by submitting images to South River Prints, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and print your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You agree that we may use your content for marketing and promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Ordering and Payment
When you place an order with South River Prints, you agree to pay all associated costs, including taxes and shipping fees. All prices are displayed on our website, and we reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments must be made at the time of purchase through the available payment methods, which may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other electronic payment methods.
Print Quality and Color Accuracy
We strive to provide high-quality prints, but please note that variations in color may occur due to the limitations of monitor displays and different printing processes. We are not responsible for minor color differences between what you see on your screen and the final print product. If you have specific requirements for color accuracy, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.
Shipping and Delivery
South River Prints will process and ship your order according to the shipping method you select. Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Social Media
South River Prints is not tolerating inappropriate uploads for our social media account. Any post including Nudity, Drugs, and Violence will not be tolerated and will be rejected.
